Climate Talk - A motivational talk tailored to your audience including a Q & A The presentation slide deck has been formulated by Cool Planet and former U.S. Vice President Al Gore for the Climate Reality presentation, which is an up-to-date version of the Oscar-winning documentary ‘An Inconvenient Truth’. The presentation is highly visual supported by scientific data that engages students on climate change through a global and local lens.
Price 250 euro.
Sustainability Action - A workshop to frame sustainability and to motivate taking action examining what actions can be taken in school and at home ( double period or 2 hours)
Plastic Free Schools - 2 workshops on plastic education examining the causes effects and solutions to plastic pollution. Students will be trained to peer educate other students on plastic. These workshops give students the tools to spread awareness about plastic throughout the school through peer education initiatives.
250 euro per workshop
Sustainability Action Modules - 8 week modules aimed at Transition Year students. Facilitation and cost is dependant on number of classes per week. Please contact me for details.

World Wise Global Schools & Irish Aid
World Wise Global Schools and Irish Aid provide funding to schools to build the capacity of imbedding development education into teaching and learning, and to empower students to fulfill their role as active global citizens. Our collaboration to work together in September 2017 would make your school eligible for this grant.
Examples of activities that may be funded include:
- Teacher’s planning and learning time for development education
- Student-focused activities and engagement (such as debates, seminars, exhibitions, and action research projects)
- Peer learning initiatives that encourage a critical approach to teaching and learning
- Whole-school activities and events to raise awareness of development and share learning
Grant applications range from €600 to €2000. Applications are now closed for 2017 but should will reopen in 2018.

Local Agenda 21
The Local Agenda 21 Environmental Partnership Fund, promotes sustainable development by assisting small-scale environmental projects at local level. These projects involve partnership arrangements between local authorities and various local groups including community groups, schools and environmental NGOs. The Fund encourages involvement of local communities in local action and decision-making and assists them in working towards the goal of sustainable development.
Grant applications open in June 2018. Our collaboration to work together in September would make your school eligible for this grant. Previous schools that have benefited from this funding opportunity are Newpark Comprehensive and St Andrews College.
